Given the high demand for our products at the moment and the fact that these times vary from week to week, here's our current estimate for production timelines:

- All scratching posts: (Generally ready to ship or collect within a week!)
All Cat Trees are fully assembled and shipped in this manner to ensure that they are "Wobble Free."
Huge thanks for Tiny's 'maine coon' new cat tree. He think he is now the lion king sitting above every one and everything, with a view over the whole town. Tree is solid and sturdy. Did have a different make, a cheaper make before, but Tiny absolutely destroyed it! Literally snapped the uprights off and tore coverings to shreds, and Tiny being so heavy it was prone to toppling over. Now with his new katattack Reno, he can give it heaps and it can take the punishment.
My two burmese absolutely love the KatAttack Reno. I splurged and bought them this to replace several cheaper trees I had purchased and I haven't been disappointed with my investment. The tree is of the highest quality and very sturdy to last the distance. Thank you.
This cat tree is awesome! We already have a KatAttack tree (Manhattan), so we knew this brand was exactly what we wanted before purchasing. Ewe have seven indoor cats, who do have access to a catio, but need a good, sturdy cat tree for exercise and grooming purposes. Four of those cats are also Siamese, so they are very agile and do a lot of clinging/climbing on their trees. This model of KatAttack is perfect as it has the ramp for scratching and racing (not to mention hanging off), and lots of tall poles to claw and scale. The platform at the top is huge and the fluff is apparently amazing. I can personally attest to the sturdiness of this tree, because getting it inside the house was more than enough exercise for the day!
We chose to get the tree in dark carpet to match our other KatAttack tree, and they look perfect together. We love it, the cats live it, and the delivery man was very confused. A grand success all around!

This material not only meets rigorous quality and environmental standards, but its stability offers unparalleled load-bearing and screw-holding capabilities. While it may be more costly, we view this as an essential investment in the longevity of our Cat Trees, especially given the current high demand.
Pine Poles
Our upright poles, the backbone of our Cat Trees, are built from solid 100mm thick New Zealand pine. The carpeting on these poles is firmly glued and stapled, allowing for longevity and easy recovery even after your cat has extensively used the surface. This feature ensures that our products are both sustainable and extendable over time.
Carpet
Our choice of carpet material prioritises your cat's safety and comfort. We exclusively use cut pile carpets, which are less likely to catch your cat's claws compared to loop pile varieties. Many of the high-quality carpets we utilise are locally sourced from New Zealand. For example, the Cavalier Bremworth carpet, which can cost upwards of $300 per linear meter, is extensively used in our products. In fact, our popular New Yorker model requires more than 2.25 linear meters of this carpet.
Sisal
Our top-quality, maritime-grade Sisal is carefully hand-wound onto our uprights, secured with industrial staples for maximum durability. Crafted to withstand even the most ambitious feline with a fierce spirit, our Sisal proves to be the strongest available on the market.
