Given the high demand for our products at the moment and the fact that these times vary from week to week, here's our current estimate for production timelines:

All Cat Trees are fully assembled and shipped in this manner to ensure that they are "Wobble Free."
Our cat loves his new KatAttack tower. We got the Paris model and had a few things modified. He loves to sleep on the top level and many times a day he attacks both the carpeted pole and the sisal one.
The construction is solid as a rock, and the quality of the build is exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for more, and Ollie certainly approves.
When dealing with the company over the phone, and in person at the warehouse, we were warmly received and attended to.

I got this as my cats during zoomie time were launching off my Chicago tree onto my bed with a great thud. Once I got this they have loved climbing all over it and it's easy transition onto the trees. My two cats now have their own tree to sleep on and watch the things going on outside. You cannot compare these amazing, sturdy, high quality cat trees with the cheap junk out there. Replaced a $150 tree with two KatAttack trees and could not be happier. The trees are very sturdy, look great around the house and our three cats are in absolute paradise! The Dallas tree for older cats is perfect for our 14 year old baby. Searching for something for my cat to climb which was sturdy and safe, I'd visited shops and many sites online without success until I learnt of Comfypets which were also local. Pine Poles
Our upright poles, the backbone of our Cat Trees, are built from solid 100mm thick New Zealand pine. The carpeting on these poles is firmly glued and stapled, allowing for longevity and easy recovery even after your cat has extensively used the surface. This feature ensures that our products are both sustainable and extendable over time.
Carpet
Our choice of carpet material prioritises your cat's safety and comfort. We exclusively use cut pile carpets, which are less likely to catch your cat's claws compared to loop pile varieties. Many of the high-quality carpets we utilise are locally sourced from New Zealand. For example, the Cavalier Bremworth carpet, which can cost upwards of $300 per linear meter, is extensively used in our products. In fact, our popular New Yorker model requires more than 2.25 linear meters of this carpet.
Sisal
Our top-quality, maritime-grade Sisal is carefully hand-wound onto our uprights, secured with industrial staples for maximum durability. Crafted to withstand even the most ambitious feline with a fierce spirit, our Sisal proves to be the strongest available on the market.
