I can't believe I'm getting the superior quality by paying less than $60. To be this kind of scratch post is normally around $100 and more. My Kitty loves it. She is playful and already destroyed a cheap post within 2 months time. Also the service is amazing. Daniel rang me and asked me what colour/type fabric I like because the color I chose was out of stock. I was not expecting such a good customer service as I wasn't buying something that's costing hundreds of dollars.
I ordered two cat scratch posts. They are very strong and a good size, perfect for my cats. They absolutely love them. The colours suit my decor perfectly. I have one problem though as the pile pulls out every time they use them and it is all over the bottom of each post plus it spreads over my carpet and is quite messy. I thought it may be from the join but it pulls out from any area. Not sure if you can offer a solution. Thanks.
