I ordered the KatAttack New Yorker for my two sphynxes after they destroyed the cat tower I had recently purchased. It was delivered already assembled which was a great time saver, and since it arrived, my cats have rarely left it. It is extremely sturdy, very well made, and looks great. Although it is costly, it is well worth the investment, particularly if you have more than one cat. The only suggestion I would make is to include a hammock in future designs. My cats love a hammock, but none of the ComfyPet towers include one. It would be a great addition.
Our two Maine Coon kittens just love this. It's so sturdy, they fly up and down it with no concerns what so ever. All the different layers give them spaces to have turns at hanging out on. All though it's actually quite a huge piece of furniture, it's really stylish & looks great on our home. I actually can't reach my cats when they are up th too it's that big!! The service was excellent too.
We are thrilled with the final product and overall service provided by the team. Not only were they patient to ensure we got the colours we wanted, they also had timely and friendly comms. Our fur babies did not hesitate to get to know their new perch!
KatAttack New Yorker
Bought our New Yorker a few months ago and it was so worth the price and the short wait! The team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Our cats love the tree as do we, it handles their zoomies without a wobble and gives them the perfect snoozing spots. Second KatAttack tree and we couldn’t love them more :)

Bought the New Yorker to replace a series of trees from other brands that my 2 Burmese boys have destroyed over the years. Communication from the ComfyPet team was top-notch and friendly, and they were able to accommodate a build request with no fuss at all.
When the tree was delivered (bang on delivery expectations) I could immediately tell that the build quality was excellent. Our beautiful custom made tower arrived today and our cats instantly loved it! We are so happy with it and know that our 2 large ragdolls will get many years of use out of it. The tower is so solid and sturdy and we love the little details it comes with (dangly mice and feathers). It also fits in with our other furniture so well that although it’s big we hardly notice it’s there. I also can't thank Mandy enough for being so accomodating and kind helping me choose the perfect carpet colour and for the amazing turn around time. Thank you to Daniel also for the fast and smooth delivery . The quality is like nothing I’ve seen before and I really can’t recommend comfy pet highly enough. From 2 very happy cats and cat parents!

Pine Poles
Our upright poles, the backbone of our Cat Trees, are built from solid 100mm thick New Zealand pine. The carpeting on these poles is firmly glued and stapled, allowing for longevity and easy recovery even after your cat has extensively used the surface. This feature ensures that our products are both sustainable and extendable over time.
Carpet
Our choice of carpet material prioritises your cat's safety and comfort. We exclusively use cut pile carpets, which are less likely to catch your cat's claws compared to loop pile varieties. Many of the high-quality carpets we utilise are locally sourced from New Zealand. For example, the Cavalier Bremworth carpet, which can cost upwards of $300 per linear meter, is extensively used in our products. In fact, our popular New Yorker model requires more than 2.25 linear meters of this carpet.
Sisal
Our top-quality, maritime-grade Sisal is carefully hand-wound onto our uprights, secured with industrial staples for maximum durability. Crafted to withstand even the most ambitious feline with a fierce spirit, our Sisal proves to be the strongest available on the market.
